Claire F. Parham
Claire F. Parham, Esq. is an experienced associate with Trainor Law PLLC. She focuses on general practice matters, civil litigation, municipal projects and probate administration. Claire is handling an array of transactions and litigation for both individual and business clients.
Ms. Parham was previously with local and national insurance defense firms where her practice focused on personal injury, nursing home malpractice, and professional licensing. Before entering the legal profession, Dr. Parham was a history instructor at Siena College for 13 years and published many articles and books including an oral history of the construction of the St. Lawrence Seaway.
Ms. Parham received her J.D. from Albany Law School, her M.S. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in Labor Studies, her doctorate in history from Binghamton University, and her B.A. in Government from St. Lawrence University. She is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of New York and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
Ms. Parham is a longtime resident of Saratoga County where she resides with her family. She enjoys gardening and taking care of her retired racehorse.
