Diana C. DeSanto

Diana C. DeSanto received her J.D. Degree from Albany Law School in 2020 and her B.A. in Political Science from the University at Albany, SUNY in 2015. While in law school, Diana received the Speaker’s Award and was twice elected to the Student Bar Association where she held the positions of Albany County Bar Association Representative at Large and Executive Vice President of the Criminal Law Society. She is a member of the New York State, Saratoga County and Albany County Bar Associations.

Diana assists clients in each of the firm’s practice areas, especially estate administration, and has particular experience in litigation and criminal matters. She was previously employed as an Albany County Assistant District Attorney, where she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony criminal matters in various town courts within Albany County.

Diana enjoys the many amenities the Capital Region has to offer and being able to use her legal skills to better assist those in her community.
