Tara L. Phillips

Tara currently handles residential and commercial real estate closings, all areas of corporate matters from initial formation through dissolution, as well as municipal and litigation support.  She brings eighteen years of previous legal experience in areas such as corporate, real estate, litigation, foreclosure, wills and estate planning, estates, criminal defense, municipal, planning and zoning, collections and personal injury matters to the firm. 

She enjoys working with our clients in a friendly and professional manner.  

Tara grew up in Natick, Massachusetts and moved to New York in 1987 where she currently lives in Saratoga Springs. She is the proud Mom to three children and two grandchildren. On weekends she enjoys spending her free time with her family as well as being an avid reader and enthusiastic gardener.
